How much is postage and handling?
Flat Rate for all products delivered in Australia is $5.95. International $9.95.
How is my payment handled?

Your credit card information is safe and never stored. Once payment is received, your order will be promptly packaged and posted to your nominated shipping address within the next 2 business days.

How soon will I get my order?
Once your order is processed and packaged by our efficient staff, it will be sent via Australia Post. We estimate it will be delivered within a further 3 days to most areas in Australia. Overseas customers can expect to wait a little longer, up to 2 weeks depending on your country of destination.
What if my products are damaged in transit?
Please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement product.
Do you exchange or refund?
We refund any products that are faulty. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily exchange it for something more suitable. Postage charges apply.
